Accessories: Cute and semi-useful!

Played around with a 3D printer again yesterday.   Finally sold myself on dropping the $$$ to get one for home.   Made this dice box with swiveling lid…

Found the design on Thingiverse, it holds 1 full set of 7 polyhedral dice (d4,d6,d8,d10,d%,d12,d20) and has room for a few more dice.  Could hold a full Koplow set (the seven basic plus 3 more d6 for a 10 pack).  Definitely a nice add to my dice collection.  I may paint the recessed areas around the numbers and leave the numbers and framework green.

Note – The provided 3D printed swivel hinge is too big to fit.   I used a section of a wooden dowel that was a snug fit, glued to the lid and press-fitted into the body of the dice.
