Finally managed to slog my way through the druid spell list and transcribe/format them to my 3×5″ spell cards. They have been uploaded to Google Drive or a download link may be found in the files section. Enjoy!
(and now to work up the willpower to do the Illusionist Spells)
The original spy/espionage RPG from TSR hasn’t aged well. Soviets are gone as the primary ‘enemy’ and China and Islamic Terrorists have ascended. But it seems the original author is redoing the game for our current times. I just hope its a background update and they do not screw it up by rewriting the entire game system.
My party is very close to finishing ‘T1-4 The Temple of Elemental Evil’. First off, regardless of what your local 5e players say, this is a MEGA-DUNGEON. Granted it’s not a hundred little independent adventures in the same area as most modern players know mega-dungeons (or, as MMO players call it, a quest hub), but a classic mega-dungeon consisting of ONE BIG CONTINUOUS ADVENTURE!
Was discussing gaming with my players on Saturday. We’re all older gamers, playing AD&D 1e, and all used to game togeather years ago before RL got a grip that lasted almost 30 years. Started out with our observations on major differences between old vs new gaming.
Finished the Magic-User spell Cards. Unfortunately, they are too large to upload to this site (a bit over 1.2 GB). I have uploaded them to my Google Drive instead. Click on the Picture below to download the cards.
Found this on a gaming humor site…but if you read close, its very good instructions to the new players, especially the last line ‘Remember: If you can’t find the trap with your eyes, you will eventually find it with your hit points’.
